Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Thanks for joining us from the administration.

Got a real nice M27 Tikka 1934 vintage that is Finn matched with popsicle front and a pristine bore. It has Finn sling swivels on a wartime stock and looks just too nice. There is a small stamped KK initials? on the left receiver flat at the wood line along with 4 different sets of non-matching numbers under the woodline. It is D marked with no SA markings and about 95% blue. No numbers on the mag cover and the Butt palte has 6 numbers with a N preceding them making me think that came off an old M91 somewhere along the line. I also nailed a nice, after some clean up, M38 Carcano Short Rifle with an SA mark indicating Finn ownership at one time. I haven't had time to look at that too much so I just set it aside after a quick oiling and wipedown. I also received a M39 VKT 1944 with a scrubbed tang, like the M27 had by the way. It is in a post war stock with a Finn matched bolt and no markings on the Butt palte or the mag cover. It has a slight crack at the tang and the hand guard is also cracked too. The wood altogether other than the cracks is quite pleasing although I unfortunatley can't get pictures right now. I had a good road trip corraling these babies of about 800 miles and need to get an oil change done soon here on the faithful Toyota truck. Saw a horrible accident in Cumberland, Maryland but I made good time for a 3 day trip including a Clambake Reunion with other Dupont retirees. Life is Good! Bill :D
